There is a thermal switch included, it will auto power off when overheat and auto recover when cooling down, which can ensure the fixture not overheat.

We suggest to use gu10 and other same size incandescent, halogen, CFL, LED light bulbs. It has a vertical adjustable GU10 mounting plate, which is designed for providing best fit location for bulb. The recessed housing has 4-wire push-in connector in junction box, it is easy and firm to install in ceiling
